Online Team Check in

ALL TEAMS MUST FOLLOW THE Online Team Check in instructions and are required to check in online.  If teams do not check in online, as posted, they will be required to check in, in person LOCATION TBD on Wednesday June 26th. and pay a $50 late fee. Teams will not be eligible to play without a stamp approved roster from check in. 

International teams: will complete tournament check in directly with Daniel Padilla at [email protected] – connect with him for the roster, player cards, and federation letter requirements.

Deadline to upload all documents: Monday, June 17th at Midnight

Stamped Approved Rosters can be picked up Wednesday June 26th

Once Electronic Check In Closes – Teams will receive an Electronic Check In confirmation email if all your documents were correct and approved with further instructions of what to do. This will be emailed to the listed PRIMARY CONTACT on the GOTSport tournament team registration- if this needs to be a different person, please update your GOTSport application information.

You will upload documents (ideally PDF’s but jpg’s are acceptable) into GOTSport 

You will only be able to upload 1 file per spot

Required Documents for E-Check in:

A) Official State Roster / or/ US Club Soccer Roster / MLS NEXT (MLS NEXT Rosters with player photo), or National organization roster (if other) : with all players that will be playing on the roster – with uniform numbers on the rosters [the rosters must be uploaded – we do not use the GOTSoccer generated rosters that some registrations systems use]- upload the roster. 

NOTE:  Guest players – can be written in on the rosters:  all players need to have uniform numbers on the  rosters.  Guest players must have player card, medical release, and guest player form from your state association if required.

B) Player ID cards- from a national/ state soccer governing body – such as USSSA, USYS State Associations, SAY Soccer, and US Club Soccer.  (NOTE: MLS NEXT teams are not required to have player cards per MLS Next policies but should have the player photo on the roster in lieu of the card)   

C) Medical Release Team Form (All players and staff sign) – (HERE)

D) Code of Conduct Team Form – Only the Staff needs to sign (HERE)

E) Hotel Survey Form for Traveling Teams (THIS IS REQUIRED) – (HERE) – You are required to fill out our hotel survey with the following (Hotel name and address, number of rooms, and names the rooms are under with all players list on the form that are on the roster.

F) Attendance Form (REQUIRED FOR ALL TEAMS) – (HERE) – This is for how many family/ friends – estimated for each player/ staff

G) For teams outside of Texas:  Permission to travel per your national association policies if required. (note: US Club Soccer and USSAA rostered teams do not need permission to travel forms per their national association rules).  

Game Procedures:  Teams will be responsible for having all rosters/ player cards/ medical releases.  Team will provide a stamped approved tournament roster to the game officials of each game in addition to the player/ coach cards if asked. Teams must be at the fields with all documents a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the matches.

Parking: Harold Patterson Sports Complex will charge $10 daily parking rate – this will be with a daily pass that allows for in/out privileges. 

Rules:  Rules are posted on the website – click (HERE)  NOTE: per the sanctioning, governing bodies, players cannot “play down”/ “bio band” in younger age groups, regardless of if they are rostered on the team – all players must be in their age groups – or can play up to older age groups.

Hotel Information

We’re happy to announce that we have secured great hotel options and rates for traveling teams. 

All traveling teams are required to use the tournament housing system for their hotel needs as a requirement of participation in the tournament.

Please do not set up hotel arrangements on your own.  Key Bookings is the housing agency for the tournament and the online links and information are now available.

You may see the list of hotel with this link but you must set up your hotel team block with Calvin first. 

Reminder: All teams must meet minimum hotel room numbers of 8 rooms for 11v11 teams and 6 rooms for Under 9 to Under 12.

  There is the option of paying a $500 surcharge to make your own reservations if you prefer.

Referees and A/R’s that are confident with any age group and can handle the extreme Texas heat during June 27-30 contact Mickey O’Brien with your experience including primary assignor contact information.
